Terms & Conditions

1. Only one (1) ballot per household. The signer consents to be contacted by a MoveRight.com representative.

2. How to Participate: Complete the ballot form and drop it into the ballot box at our MoveRight table. Entries that are not inserted into the ballot box will not be accepted. Incomplete ballots will not be considered valid.

3. The prize consists of listing realtor’s commission from the sale of your residential property and the costs of your base lawyer’s fee and moving expenses once there is a firm offer on the property, following the MoveRight Schedule ‘A’ provided with a listing agreement to be signed by the Seller. This offer is only valid for one (1) listing based on a listing value that includes a 2.5% commission to the cooperating brokerage. Should the winner’s listing expire or be cancelled with MoveRight, the winner agrees that MoveRight.com is no longer responsible for providing the free listing or any of the services described above. 

4. Winning ballot will be drawn by September 1st. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. The random draw of the prize will take place at MoveRight’s head office in St. Catharines, Ontario. The winner has 30 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize.

5. Eligibility: The Contest is open to all residents of Ontario, who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions.

6. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. By entering this contest, the entrant confirms that he/she has read and understood and accepted these contest rules and regulations, and voluntarily assumes all risks in connection with the contest, the prize and their use. The winner agrees to hold MoveRight.com and its officers, employees, agents and representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize and/or contest. MoveRight.com bears no responsibility whatsoever for any injury, damage, pain, suffering, inconvenience, loss, injury or death arising out of or in connection with winning or using any aspect of the prize or in any way taking part in the contest. All rules are subject to change without notice. All decisions made by the promoter with regards to the awarding of the prize package, the selection of the winner and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. The prize may be transferred at the discretion of the MoveRight agent. By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the promoter, which are binding in all respects. MoveRight.com reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or in breach of the rules. MoveRight.com reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the contest should the contest be compromised.
