I'm sending this e-mail to you from my new dining room! I thank you all for being so wonderful and for finding me such an amazing first home! You guys are an amazing company and I've been telling everyone! I still can't believe I own this! Jason and Kate, you two make an awesome one-two punch! Naomi in the office was very helpful with her e-mails reminding me of specific dates and items that needed action;  Clement was as awesome as always at explaining the legalese; the team from PakStakandGo are wonderful and I would definitely use them again. Their concept is great and very efficient. Definitely saves on clean up! I have nothing but great things to say about Ben and Lucas from Two men and a truck. They were fast, efficient and so nice! It was really hot out today and my old apartment didn't have any air-conditioning. Even though I may or may not have complained (a lot) about the heat, it never once stopped them from doing a great job. They were great and you should use them again. 
In summary, (I know I just talked your ear off) I am so blessed to have found you guys and I still feel like I made out like a bandit. People always complain about huge closing costs, but with you all, it took a huge burden off of me.
